Day 76 of the 75 Hard Challenge: I AM COMPLETE IN EXCELLENCE!!
NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE WHEN YOU HAVE A CLEAR VISION
I’ve completed the 75 days with excellence, and here’s what I’ve created:
-150 workouts—75 of those outside, no matter the weather. That’s 6,750 minutes of effort, translating to 112 hours of physical commitment.
-750 pages of actual books read, covering 12.5 books. The first book on my list was Michael Strasner book: Mastering Leadership, a book I revisit every three months since 2021, and each time, I uncover new insights, new levels, new way of seeing things I have not seen yet.
Every book I chose contributed to my spiritual, leadership, and personal growth.
-75 daily photos to document my progress.
-Over 75 gallons of water consumed—some days more than a gallon.
-Zero alcohol and a diet of low carbs and no coffee.
I lost 18.5 pounds—I didn’t even realize I had that much to lose!
But here’s the real accomplishment: NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE, no matter how hard it seems.
This challenge sharpened my effectiveness, elevated my level of excellence, and enhanced my presence in every aspect of my business as well as I inspired so many people on Tik-Tok where I recorded my journey!
Some of my biggest takeaways is leading my team, and clients at a higher level and maintaining that sharp thinking edge through this 75 day journey. That has been exceptional. I also saw how can play at a level of excellence....
I have cried, I have craved coffee, I have been drenched by the rain, I have workout in an airport, worked out at midnight after full days training to be MY WORD!
NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE WHEN YOU HAVE A CLEAR VISION
Stay tuned ad I’ll be sharing videos with specific takeaways in a few days.
Leadership starts from within. Leaders are self-aware and have an honest view of themselves and recognize their impact and influence on others. They lead authentically with personal values, purpose, and vision. Self-leadership means being responsible for results, choices, actions, inactions, behaviors, thoughts, communication, and attitude. It also means demonstrating resilience and consistent performance under pressure.
